At Pro Holz Schwyz, I raised funds for the association as well as for various projects, some of which we realized with partners and others independently. We developed a comprehensive fundraising concept, including a prioritized list of initiatives, and built a network of potential supporters within companies, public institutions, and foundations. I was responsible for fundraising, partner management, and defining the benefits for sponsors and donors. I secured funding not only for the pavilion’s development but also for projects taking place within the pavilion and for additional initiatives across Switzerland.
